Destination YVR Driving School Ltd. is owned and operated by Richard Sie. He is a former driver examiner for the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), testing Class 5 and Class 7 road tests. This experience allows him to deal with every kind of driver and the incredible amount of situations that arise during a road test. Richard knows the ICBC’s road test marking criteria and what the examiner expects for a successful road test.
